Following work on the series 1 finale, the team at Jellyfish Pictures worked on infusing series 2 with gore ‑ utilising squibs and producing everything from blood and brain matter to suicide recreation. The work also included transforming a sunny day into torrential rain, multiple explosions, city extension and creating the feeling of movement as the camera seemingly whizzed in and out of a moving car.
